Needless to say, when Taichi, Sora, and Koushirou had brought him their news, Suguru didn't want to believe it. The idea that one of his closest friends could have been compromised by a Demon King seemed... unthinkable.
And yet, it also seemed like a terrifyingly real possibility.
And so, he, Sora, Taichi, and Koushirou entered Satsuma's office, bypassing the confused Rumiko entirely. Taichi closed the door behind them, and they approached Satsuma's desk.
"Satsuma-kun. We need to talk."
