Why do my sinuses HATE me so much?  Really?  Filling my head with junk to the point of having a ringing in my ears and a tension pain at the back base of my skull is NOT a great start to the school year.  Blech.
I'll be under my desk sleeping off the medicine head if anyone needs me.

Lee does not have TB.... nor do they think it's cancer (of course this I knew but it is scary to hear those words)... but they think it's a fungal infection.  So, he's on the strongest antibiotic they have for the next 15 days and then he gets to have another CT scan on Sept. 7th to see how the leision is receeding.  He feels a little better each ( Read more... )

 This weekend I have been staying at Lee's place taking care of him and his illness... and the dogs since Sharon is out of town.  While here.... So... Lee had an x-ray done yesterday... and the doctor said there was a little circular shapes leision on his lung but it didn't look too deep.  He ruled it pnemonia, sent Lee home with lots of meds and breathing treatments, told him not to go to work till Monday and said he'd have the radiologists on staff review the x-ray ( Read more... )

... the strange illness Lee has is Pnemonia.  Great.  So, the doctor put him on more meds and he has to stay home from work till Monday.  Poor guy.  Guess that means I'll be staying at his place this weekend taking care of him.  Not that I mind.... I've pretty much been doing that already anyways.  Here's to hoping he gets better this time.

... of feelings today.  Lee found out he only has 2.5 days of PTO left not the 5.5 he though he had.... so now we are likely going to need to make our Montana trip shorter and that sort of pisses me off.  They took one of his personal days for the family funeral he attended this past March.  Come on!  He asked ahead of time if it was allowable time ( Read more... )

So, I thought the antibiotic for the UTI was working... and then yesterday it felt like it was coming back and then it all got better again.... and today I have a fever of 100.6
WTF?
Back to the doctor for me I guess.  I fear I'm going to have to endure some not so pleasant tests today. 
And my head won't stop pounding.

So, I've had a head cold since Wednesday evening.... and it just plain sucks.  So, I'm staying home.  So there.  I feel like crap and sleep and liquids will help me get better so, I'm staying home.

Well, I thought he was dead... then I went to put him the bag for burial... and he moved.  Mind you, he's not moving well... and he hardly has much strength left.... contemplating putting him down he's in that bad a shape.  He just doesn't have long.... but he is 26 years old.  That's ANCIENT for a ball python... who at the most live to be 30...
