ARGH!

So... Lee had an x-ray done yesterday... and the doctor said there was a little circular shapes leision on his lung but it didn't look too deep.  He ruled it pnemonia, sent Lee home with lots of meds and breathing treatments, told him not to go to work till Monday and said he'd have the radiologists on staff review the x-ray

Thanks. He's not even 31 yet.... I can not help but think "TB. Cancer. TB. Cancer." repeatedly in my head over and over.

But here's the thing - if it's bad, you want them to find it now. You don't want them to find it after it's already metastasized into something really really bad.

True... but it doesn't make it any less scary. And we me to freak out over something medical at -all- is difficult.... since my mother is an RN and instilled the "If you're not bleeding, throwing up or broken you are going to school/work" mentality in me.
The freaking is subsiding... but it is a bit concerning to me.
And I appreciate the hugs. Really I do. *hugs*

He has another appointment tomorrow morning to get some of the test results and find out if they need to biopsy the sucker. More tomorrow.
