Boot Camp: Week 4 workout
Kick the sand up with a run
This was interval training on a treadmill. To be repeated at least 3 times during the week.
There were different workouts for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced joggers.
I hate the treadmill, and as far as I am concerned, jogging is for Other People. I did my alternate workout instead. -

Boot camp: Week 2 workout
This week was beach volleyball themed (as it is a Beach Bod Bootcamp). This is a 10 x 10 workout focusing on butt, and should be repeated at least twice. Due to my work schedule I didn't get to do that (but I did 3 zumba classes!), however I did incorporate some of these into the modified program my PT designed for me ( Read more... ) -
