.zomgHUGE tutorial (07): large texture collages

I wrote this for namiuchiha at DA, who wanted to see how I put textures together. There's no easy way to explain it, so I put together another zomgHUGE tutorial, which may not explain things very well but at least has the virtue of being long :>

The previous tutorials all included texture work, though they were geared mostly toward making textures

You're incredible. I don't even know how to explain this, but it's a huge inspiration. I don't have much patience to make graphics at one sitting, to make this would probably take like... a year to me, LOL. But following this through - and especially making the scheme was a very good idea - you just make me itch to at least try it. :-) Thank you, as always.

I do, though my brain is very willing to sit in one place and concentrate for hours on something that requires a lot of nitpicking and minor adjustments :> What I usually do, because otherwise I'd spend my entire life making textures and icons, is work on a texture a little bit at a time throughout the day, as a kind of reward for getting things done.

I'v been asked a lot of times to write a tutorial for my textures. But now I'll just send people here, I couldn't explain it any better.

What a beautiful texture collage! The Vala icon at the end, in particular, is just gorgeous. I want to thank you for doing all these tutorials. They've really inspired me to experiment more with PS.

Oh, thank you so much! Experimenting with PS7 has been a lot of fun for me. Definitely safer than experimenting with drugs, or trying to see what happens when you mix ammonia and hot oil :>
