Its snowing like nobody's business here. My housemate tried to get to work then rang me (who was still at home, getting ready for work) to say not to bother. She had to get off the bus after being on it for 50 minutes (its usually a 5 minute journey) and set off walking home. The buses have been cancelled. Thanks! Yes, it does look very pretty but its treacherous underfoot. I'm not risking walking in it (especially if it means a day off work)!

Ice is the worst. At least with snow you can walk in it and not fall down.

That cake looks really delicious and very chocolaty :) We almost have no snow here - lots of ice and extreme cold though :s

Its still snowing here :(. Everything does look very pretty but it means risking life and limb every time you take a step outside. Then again, ice isn't much better!
