SNOW DAY!

Its snowing like nobody's business here. My housemate tried to get to work then rang me (who was still at home, getting ready for work) to say not to bother. She had to get off the bus after being on it for 50 minutes (its usually a 5 minute journey) and set off walking home. The buses have been cancelled. I can confirm that the cake is excellent :D. The snow does look lovely, but its hazardous to the health :S

Its freaking cold outside, isn't it? We have a lot of snow too.... Unusual.
But I like it ♥. Though I'd prefer it without the coldness, lol.

Its very very cold (apparently, tonight the warmest will be about -5 degrees C), although my house is nice and warm. Its at times like these that I'm happy awful 80s fashions came back into style, because I'd die without my snuggly legwarmers!

Yep, definitely England (although, I'm half convinced that my house has been magically transported to the North Pole). Just out of curiosity, what specifically made you think its England?

i don't know, i think the houses in the fifth picture. i thought they looked very english.
i was in york this year ... and the streets and houses looked like that, too. :)
gah i miss england. <3 everyone is so polite there! we could really use some of that in germany :D

Yes, we are very polite. Well, most of us, anyway. I like queues the best (very English). If someone messes up the queue (especially the one in the post office), we very politely go apeshit.
