He didn't want to hear it if Potter didn't mean it, and especially not as a 'courtesy'.
"Will you please stop acting like there's a bounty on your heart, Draco?" Potter retorted to which Draco only scowled. "We're dating, falling in love, or confessing was inevitable. I just didn't that think you’d actually-"
"I what?" Draco asked, confused, and realised that he was still scowling.
Potter looked scared. "I just never thought you'd be the first one to say it."
