Draco hated the doubt in his heart.  He liked Potter; he liked him a lot.  But, he was just so used to keeping himself shut off from emotions that he didn’t know how to deal with anything else.

He was the one  that’d realised that Potter liked him.  He was the one that had chased after Potter and convinced Potter that they’d start this…relationship.

But love? Why could he not admit that?

“I-” Draco struggled. “Potter, I-”

“What is it?” Potter asked, concerned.

“Sorry, I freaked out on you.  We should get back to work. We’ve got patients.”
