Rounding the bend again.. Seems like I always come back and update my LJ right before I start a new diet/fast and talk about how much of a big fat failure I've been and how miserable I feel about myself..

Well, today's day #7 of my current fast. It's more of a liquid fast, not just a water only fast though. I've been having between 30-60 calories a day, coffee, tea, and the first few days i allowed for some veggie broth. But i cut that out because of the sodium. I've lost 8.3 lbs so far.
