Day #1

So yesterday I posted a huge journal entry for the 28 day plan, detailing my plan and it apparently disappeared into cyber space :(

Yesterday was Day 1.

F: 1, Didnt quite keep to my plan though i was within the calorie range... i snacked instead of just having my veggie soup :/
W: 2, +2 liters
E: 2, 35 min cardio
C: 2, deep conditioned my hair.. been so dry lately & I've been meanding to but forgetting to do it!

Recently I was doing a live/fresh juice fast... got a little over a week into it and realized I hadnt been losing weight at all because I apparently was probably consuming the same amount of calories as I had been consuming prior to the juice fast (considering how often I would purge)...
Although I will admit, it was an excellent detox that made me feel better, made my eyes brighter, and I didnt feel bloated at all. So I'm changing it up to a different detox (more of the martha's vineyard diet detox - www.mvdietdetox.com ), that involves juicing just for lunch and having 'green drinks' ( http://www.iherb.com/Garden-Greens-Essential-Greens-Super-ORAC-Concentrated-Greens-Drink-Mix-Very-Berry-Flavor-17-6-oz-498-g/15739?at=0 ) mid morning and mid afternoon. Hot herbal tea throughout the day, and a (preferrably homemade) vegetable soup for dinner, using little to no salt.

I'm also drinking at least one 8oz glass of water with 2 tsps apple cider vinegar & agave nectar in the morning, and aloe vera juice before bedtime, and/or drinking CALM before bed as well ( http://www.iherb.com/Peter-Gillham-s-Natural-Vitality-Natural-Calm-Organic-Raspberry-Lemon-Flavor-16-oz-453-g/5124?at=0 ).

I'm trying to lose a significant amount of weight (in recent months I've gained quite a bit.. due to depression and stress, lack of motivation and whatnot..) and I want to get back to where I was last summer/what I looked like in this entry's journal pic... *sigh*

Last summer my BMI was 20.8, it's now 23.6. :(  I REALLY want to get back down to my previous BMI, or close to it after these 28 days. Even thought that's not my ultimate BMI.. my ULTIMATE BMI goal is: 19.5.

My highest weight was 187/ BMI 31.1.. :/  I did it before, I can do it again... Just gotta stay motivated.. and the 28 day community totally helps.

Having a bad day today. It's snowing like crazy outside, and I really dont want to be here at work when I feel like this. So out of it.. Grr.
