Characters: Goose, Rajani What: Title says it! Where: Weeee are going to see about that. %D; When: Christmas Day, futuredated heavily. Rating: PG to PG-13-ish.
Rajani had seen a lot of hype about this "holiday season" thing, but she had been unwilling to admit she had no idea what it was.
The Pokemon was still somewhat avoidant around people, so she did her best to not be found. However, seeing a familiar face wandering around would get her attention. What was he doing?
She stealthily (though unintentionally) approached him from behind, inquiring "Are you looking for something?"
Goose jumped, flipping around to face her and shoving the box behind his back. He quickly masked the sudden nervous change of attitude with a laidback smirk, though.
"You, actually," He slyly grinned, his eyes twinkling with an anticipating light. "I've got somethin' for ya."
He then added, "But ya' have to guess which hand it is~"
Rajani blinked. As quickly as she could have gotten this over with, she wasn't the type to go around reading minds, especially not his. "The right one." Here's hoping it was correct.
"Nope," Goose paused, feigning a frown before breaking his grin back out after the silence. "But I'll let ya' have it anyway."
He handed over the gift box. Inside, Rajani would get to see a silver, amethyst pendant just lying in wait for her. It costed him a decent amount of cash, but hey, he was pretty stuffed with cash. It didn't feel like far too big a loss.
Goose chuckled. Figures. "You're gonna see," He told her, decided to just lead her there and show her when they got there. Once they reached the building near the canyon (that contained the river and the lights display every year), he spoke to the manager there. From that, he paid up and received two tickets.
"Here ya' are, take yours. Show it to the next guy we see, 'k?"
He then took her over to another man who stood near a tiny pontoon-like raft. He, of course, requested for tickets, to which he got at least Goose's.
"Ticket, ma'am," The man asked, extending his hand.

After taking the tickets and acknowledging their payment over the ride, the man allowed Goose and Rajani to climb inside of the 'boat'. He did so, taking Rajani's hand and bringing her along with him.
"Sit down," He spoke, letting her know before the man could start the ride.
Goose frowned a little. She certainly did seem to dislike the gyrocopter. Good thing that they probably didn't have to fly anywhere else after this.
"'Kay, well, they've got the ice skatin', the Center Park celebration, the tree... all kinds'a stuff. What do ya wanna do?" He was thinking the tree first as they passed Rocketfella Center to get to the ice skating rink, and then Center Park, but it depended on what Rajani wanted to do.
"Heh, sure thing." Soon enough, as the two went along, they reached the large, incredibly bright, and eye-catching Christmas tree. They only passed by it real quick, but Goose was fast to point it out and exclaim over how nice it looked.
They then reached the ice skating rink. Immediately, Goose paid both of their ways, and took the skates they were offered.
"Ever done this before?" He asked, strapping the shoes onto his feet. "I tell ya, it'll really be somethin'."

In fact, he felt like it was worth it.

"I... suppose we should go to whatever is the closest first?" she suggested.
