Rajani tilted her head to the side a little, looking away sheepishly. "I am not sure what that is..."

Goose chuckled. Figures. "You're gonna see," He told her, decided to just lead her there and show her when they got there. Once they reached the building near the canyon (that contained the river and the lights display every year), he spoke to the manager there. From that, he paid up and received two tickets.

"Here ya' are, take yours. Show it to the next guy we see, 'k?"

He then took her over to another man who stood near a tiny pontoon-like raft. He, of course, requested for tickets, to which he got at least Goose's.

"Ticket, ma'am," The man asked, extending his hand.

After taking the tickets and acknowledging their payment over the ride, the man allowed Goose and Rajani to climb inside of the 'boat'. He did so, taking Rajani's hand and bringing her along with him.

"Sit down," He spoke, letting her know before the man could start the ride.

Rajani slowly did so, taking her seat next to him. What was going on? She had no idea, but just went along with it.

The boat began to drift down the river, and immediately, lights began brightening, and the shapes of many kinds of Christmas lights began to show.

It was like a winter wonderland.

"Damn, ain't it nice?" Goose commented. He remembered when he went on these when he was a little kid!

Rajani wasn't sure what to think. The only sort of 'light show' she'd seen before was the Northern Lights, and that was just a whole other category. This was... different.

"Yeaaaah," Goose spoke before noticing one nearby. Little States was known for its very well-kept army and patriotism, and thus, they were just about to pass by some... very tacky-looking lights. By that, I mean American flag and plane-shaped lights.

"Hey, hey, these're some of my favorites!"

"Well, y'anno I'm a pilot, yeah?" Goose asked. "That's why. Hey, I ain't a Little States pilot, but these're kinda reflective of my job!"

She nodded. "I see..." There wasn't much else to say, Rajani's attention was on the lightshow.

The rest of the show was pretty self-explanatory. There were the decorations, the light tunnels, the animated lights, and at the end, even a very large, lit up Christmas tree. After that, they were done.

Goose stepped out of the boat and held out a hand for Rajani. "Heh, so what, think ya might want a bite to eat or somethin'? One of the dessert shops're probably gonna have specials for Christmas sweets." He did, admittedly, have a grand sweet tooth.

Rajani accepted his hand as he helped her out of the watercraft. "I... suppose? I am not a fan of sweets, but it could not hurt to try."

"Suuure," Goose smiled, not releasing Rajani's hand. Like hell would he let go of his grasp on a tender lady's gorgeous, silky smooth hand. No way.

So off they went to the nearby city, which just happened to have one of Goose's favorite dessert shops: Sweet Supplements. ((that has the lamest name ever)) He brought her inside, and immediately, the scent of baked, fried, and expertly-crafted desserts surrounded their general vicinity.

Goose took in a deep breath. "Damn... ain't it nice in here?"

Rajani shrugged. Having no nose in Pokemon form wound up giving her little to no sense of smell as a human.

For some reason, she didn't object to his holding her hand this time.

Ah well, it was a reaction at all, so Goose could deal with that. He lead the Darkrai over to the front desk, to which they were greeted by a very enthusiastic man.

"Heeeeeello Goosey!~" Clearly, he knew him from the pilot having come around here in the past. "And his pretty friend! What oh what could you ask for tonight? Have your holidays been-"

"Yeah, yeah, I get it," Goose rolled his eyes. "Ehhh. How 'bout a key lime cheesecake for me with one of them holiday sugar cookies, and..." He paused and looked over to Rajani. "Whaddya' want?" He could make recommendations, if need be.
