I need help, but I'm so afraid of admitting that I have a problem. :/

After last week...I have majorly realized some stuff!
I've officially decided to put the past in the past and live in the present.
Im removing it from underneath my bed and I'm never gonna do it again..I'm putting it away for good
I'm not gonna let stuff bother me as much
I'm gonna be aight
I'm never gonna pick it up again-its gone FOREVER!!

Shit has been gettin real thick lately and idk how much more I can handle. No one will ever be able to understand what I'm goin threw rite now or how I feel. No one listens to what I have to say and despite how people say there always there for me and know how I feel, they dont unless there goin threw it or have been threw it.
