Watched the Oscars last night, and thought the rolling references to last year's fuck-up (Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway -- the immortal "Bonnie & Clyde" -- announcing the wrong winner) were hilarious. Well, I just now went through an IMdB list of the entire WW cast, and Hawkins isn't on it. (It wasn't a bad use of my time: I learned that a favorite supermodel, Doutzen Kroes, has a small WW part.)

Yessss The Shape of Water! I loved how cheeky Del Toro was when he went up to get the "Best Film" Oscar :D

Del Toro is so cool -- he has dominated Academy ceremonies in recent years! And, on Sunday, rather than grabbing the statue, he calmly asked for and looked at the envelope held by Beatty -- and then signalled that, yup, his "Shape of Water" was the winner!
