I’ve started writing something that I wanted to because I have been suffering from what I call ‘blankness’ every time I click the ‘post’ link on my livejournal. And while a snappy play-by-play account of my day might make thrilling reading for some it’s not the goal I have when I decide to put pen to paper (metaphorically speaking) on that site.

yesterday was more of the same but i won't bore you. The day before was kinda worse int he way we insisted we had to close down on time only to then meet face to face with the poison dwarf who runs the Plastic Surgery theatre lists who informs us it's all fine and we can take this patient from another list thus finishing it and all planned cases.
