Wow, i've put the weight on during my week off in Wales. Sweating my lungs out on the cross trainer all the morning is hell but worth it (it has to be, damn it!) and in the short term I do get my weekly dose of endorphins following my post-workout stretching. i survived Thursday. All day shift, all day in 5. did 2 cases of 4 and ended the list early cos we didn't have anaesthetic cover.
i got covered in surgical ink (don't ask) and even writing this it still hasn't come off.
although i did spray a colleague in surgical prep so i guess i deserve getting a bit messy.
