So I went to my Mom and Dad's today mainly to get Garth some exercise. It's minus 500 degrees outside and he was bouncing off the walls at my place, so I threw him in the cat carrier and brought him to play with Molly (mom and dad's dog). The thing about depression that I find so mind boggling is the fact that most of the time I don't feel like I have a reason to be depressed. I just no longer feel like participating in life anymore.
