Fred and George peer around a corner, looking into the main hall, gleeful expressions on their faces. "Oy, George, I think the coast is clear..."

"It is..." an evil grin spreads on George's face.

"Let's set it up then, yeah?""Yeah, do it ( Read more... )

This? This is Neil Hurly, forgetting he's a sick man. As he hobbles quickly through the unpleasant odor, his mind suddenly goes blank as to why he's limping, why his leg happens to hurt so damned much. He keeps walking to where he was headed (the kitchen; he's a hungry boy) because he doesn't like to make a fuss.

Upon seeing this crackplot, Amadeo's typist remarked that, if affected, he wouldn't have any memories left. This.. isn't strictly true.

He'll continue on his way with a much lighter step, his youthful face bright and smiling.

Lestat walks into the room, instantly noticing a strange scent in the air. "What -is- that smell?" He looks around curiously, as the spell takes effect.

As it does, he loses all memory of his life as a vampire. In fact, though his body is still the same, he doesn't not even know he -is- a vampire...

Only a brief, 2 hour period of Diogenes' memory has been removed by the spell (and it won't last for long), but it's a deeply important one-- one whose removal will cause him to slowly forget other events in his life as well.

He isn't skulking around in the shadows with a sly look on his face anymore; in fact, he's walking around the Mansion with a normal and actually, quite happy expression. This may be more frightening than usual, and that's certainly saying something.

Whatever it is, it certainly horrifies Aloysius. "Diogenes."

Diogenes turns to him with a friendly smile. "Hi, Aloysius! How have you been?"

"...well enough, I suppose. Are you all right?" For now, he's going to begin assuming that this is one of Diogenes's mindgames.

Ariel wanders invisibly through the hall...

...and has a rather unfortunate and adverse reaction to the potion. Now all he clearly remembers is his time with Sycorax, and being sealed into the cloven pine. He doesn't remember being released by Prospero, the events of the play, or his time here.

A very confused and frightened Ariel sneaks off to hide, fearing that this is one of Sycorax's tricks.
