She’s an awkward thing, pretty enough though she can’t see it, with dark hair and eyes and a dreamy look across her face. Her eyes rove the place as if she’s comfortable with suddenly finding herself in a new place (and she is, really, enough anyways) but curious as to what the place is, how she arrived there and why she is there

Not lately, no. I was wandering a Labyrinth once though, but that was a long time ago. I'm...really not too sure how I ended up here.

He watched the young girl for a while, his lips quirking into a little smile, but he carefully didn't show any teeth with practiced grace, his lips full and red against the pale white of his skin. He bowed deeply, reminding one terribly of a count or lord from the 1800's. It was quite fasinating really. "Welcome, ma petite joli." He murmered delicately.

Oh, wow. She's never been talked to in French. As a daydreamer, and a bit of an actress, Sarah falls without hesitation into the manner of the man before her, miming a graceful curtsy, wishing she was wearing proper clothes so the look might be complete. "Thank you very much. Ma petite joli. What does it mean? My little, I think...but joli. I don't recognize that word."

"I'm Sarah."

He smiled again, his drowning deep eyes seeming to glitter faintly in amusement or was that just a trick of the light? It was hard to say, but this man was exquistely beautiful. He somehow stayed very manly, though. It was unearthly and there seemed to be no explaination. "Joli means pretty, so I said, in essence, 'My little pretty'. It is a pleasure to meet you, Sarah. My name is Jean Claude."

She's used to such beauty, but it draws her like a moth to a flame every time, whether it's attraction or simply amazement that such beauty can exist can be argued. "Pretty?" she laughs some. "Thank you, but I'm not..."

"It's a pleasure, Jean Claude."
