Miranda has spent a fair amount of time in the library lately; therefore, it is not unlikely that she will run across Armand. She'll duck at once into a curtsy, like she's been taught, and smile.
If it wasn't for the slight inclination of his head, it would appear that Armand hadn't noticed Miranda at all. His gaze went to her briefly, then away again, but he did not speak.
He might be joined, shortly, by a fair haired lady, her eyes bright and clear and silent, settling next to him. "Hello," quietly, head slightly canted to the side.
Armand's hand curled against the armrest. His gaze met Jaenelle's, the steady, intense gaze of a vampire, and his voice held a note of command. "What is this place?" Armand didn't bother with introductions. The woman was mortal.
Her eyebrows rise and her eyes chill a bit toward midnight, meeting his eyes levelly. "Generally it's considered customary to introduce oneself," she says, quietly. Still carefully polite, though a little cooler.
The response seemed to confuse him. Armand blinked, his brow furrowing, and his hand relaxed and half slid to the cushion. "Do you think me impolite?" There was a trace of apology in his voice, and the transformation was complete -- there was no threat to Armand now, he was just a young boy, exactly as he appeared to be.
The wolf did not concern Armand. In fact, he appeared to barely notice. He didn't answer the boy, but studied him, shamelessly, and when he spoke it was as though he never heard the question. "Is that yours?"
She pauses, upon seeing Armand - she knows immediately his nature, and as she usually does not assume anything when it comes to vampires, she clears her throat.
"Good evening," Armand replied, without looking up. It was an immediate response that required little thought, despite how unaccustomed he was to mortal interactions.
There was a very long silence before it became apparent that Armand was watching Belize. He was only thoughtful, one arm draped over the back of the chair in a posture that would be natural if it didn't look so forced.

And how fascinating that you don't act more warily of me.

The ex-ex-drag queen is reading a book, across from Armand, and occasionally glancing at the boy. He's cute. Too young, but cute.
