Because Spade is, by profession, a nosy bastard, he reads the note even though he doesn't know Sirius. He frowns, very deeply indeed, and goes off looking for Armand. The murder rate was rising uncomfortably, and he wanted some answers so he could get to the bottom of it.
...and he hasn't even heard about Richard Carstone yet.
Armand is rather covered in it but isn't hurt himself. "No, but I know who did it." He points to the bloody writing on the wall. "I was here when the threat was made to pile up corpses to get back and Prince Sadi."
Harry hurries to the note. He hasn't seen Sirius very much here but that doesn't mean he's still not distressed by this news. He goes to try to find Armand.
Hopefully, Harry comes looking after the icky few hours where Armand was trying to clean up the blood. Assuming that, he can be found in one of those neatly labelled Mansion rooms. Just knock. He and Chris's room is there now, though the inside is just as it was at Feanor's. Armand went to bed very late so he's likely tired.
Only half-dressed (meaning not wearing a coat), Armand answers, still rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "Harry, iu something wrong?" He's confused since he didn't know who Sirius was, much less that they had a connection.
