i've been told you don't need to watch iron fist before defenders. so, you know, if you start and can't get into it - because apparently it's not that good - you don't have to stick it out. luke cage is definitely worth watching, tho. it's good stuff.
They're Reconstructionists, and they do a lot of guided meditation during services. They even have special services devoted to it. Which is nice if you like it, but I'm not really there.
I'm halfway through Luke Cage and I love it so much!
