This semester of classes has been intense academically....but I've been keeping up. I really enjoy it. things have been difficult. classes have started and i'm taking 16 credit hours this semester. kind of intense for me, really. i know now that i can only handle 12 credit hours and be civil to my family. i enjoy all of my classes, though they are more difficult. my geography classes are great, but the most challenging i've had at u of l ( Read more... ) -

first of all, i'm very excited about a program i was accepted into at the university of louisville's muhammad ali's institute for peace and justice, the ali scholars program. it's an intensive two year program that involves community service projects, organizing events about social justice, and in may 2010, we are going to kenya for three weeks!
