But I can definitely agree that it's tough to give up on the things you like :( Good thing that swimming kept you distracted from all the hunger and lack of food, otherwise it would have been difficult for you to lose weight.

It's difficult to eat a lot at breakfast, I don't feel hungry in the morning... But don't worry, I like eating too much to starve!
Hmm... I don't know if not eating the things you listed is all that helpful (some people thinks so and some don't). Maybe it's the question of exercise? I don't really eat much and definitely not greasy stuff, but I don't move enough hence I'm on the chubby side.

Well, apart from sausages and an occasional piece of chocolate they are the only unhealthy things that I eat. The rest is just rice and veggies, buckwheat and oatmeal... So I don't have much else to give up. Well, I could give up on sausages and chocolate, but that would make my life not worth living XDD
It's definitely about exercise, I sit at the computer all day... But I hate exercise, so I prefer to eat less XD

Sausage is really not that bad. And healthy foods can still have salt in them, and meat! It's all about balance. But it's awesome to try to eat better, it's worth the trouble in the end. And yay for suddenly popular!
A little fat is good for you! It's all about balance, and not cutting out things too strongly. You're more likely to fail if you have a diet that's too strict. Besides, exercise is there for a reason, and it helps with the fat intake! Just hang in there, and take care of yourself either way. And good luck with the healthier eating. We're doing the same right now. It's kind of fun, to be honest. The meal planning is more work, but I like it.

I am not a big fan of cooking so I just eat stuff that can be boiled and warmed up later XDD

I think it's more a matter of exercise WITH dieting that makes the most difference 8\ You basically need to burn off more calories than you eat. I commend you for cutting back on your preferred foods. Usually I try to exercise since I love food too much lol
