wow, and you say it's not a worthy update - it is! So many interesting things about your changes here.
First off, congrats on keeping to this HARSH diet. When I began dieting back last September it was a torture, to suddenly refuse all this delicious food, fast/junk food, icecream and sausages and eggs and bread and sugar. Life became tasteless in all meanings of the word. I got irritable easily, and seemed always hungry and even depressed. This, however, stopped the moment I began swimming in the pool, it somehow calmed me, soothed my nerves. But you are amazing, you know? Because to be able to live without the food you used to adore is a breakthrough and takes a lot of courage, so I'm proud of you. And as for changes, take a measurement tape and you'll see how centimeters disappear. In my case, measurement tape is a savior, because the scale almost doesn't move ;(
Some progress in personal life? Awesome! Congratulations, your confidence grows! ;) But that passage about your granny and the-boots-incident is weird. Why should she bother? It's such a trifle really. Then again, elderly people get funny and ridiculous so I can hear you there.
Please please stay on track but don't starve, okay? Fruit, veggies, and green tea is nice but something substantial for breakfast is a must. Hope you'll soon see the changes in your figure and start to like yourself more, for it's a wonderful feeling ;)
Well, I only managed to keep it up for two weeks, so that's not really that amazing XD It will be more amazing if I actually lose some weight XD
But I can definitely agree that it's tough to give up on the things you like :( Good thing that swimming kept you distracted from all the hunger and lack of food, otherwise it would have been difficult for you to lose weight.
It's a good idea about the measuring tape, thank you :)
Thank you :)
Lol, well, she is kind of insane, that doesn't have much to do with age XD
It's difficult to eat a lot at breakfast, I don't feel hungry in the morning... But don't worry, I like eating too much to starve!
