I've had Neil Diamond's 'Sweet Caroline' stuck in my head all morning. So far, so innocuous - but when it's your name, it seems kind of vain to be wandering around singing it out loud. Especially when people know it's your name.

The only problem with having 'I'll Be Ready', the Baywatch theme, on my running playlist is that I find myself unconsciously running like Pamela Anderson - slo-mo, chin up, boobs out...

Not literally out. I'd be arrested if I was running around in zero degree weather with my boobs out. Not to mention ouch. Cast-iron sports bras are my friend.

For some reason I have had the Rescue Rangers theme tune stuck in my head for the past two days. I've no idea why. I haven't seen Rescue Rangers in years; I've haven't seen any mentions of it or heard anyone speak about it. It's just there, in my head, circling around and around.

I'm actually quite impressed I still know all the words.
