You can't use "cuts" for linking back to your own journal. You need to use a link in order to post at, let's say icon_tutorial and then link back to deslishicons. But for the original post you make in your journal, you can cut and the cut should look like this:
<*lj-cut text="whatever"*>
MESSAGE
<*/lj-cut*>
But without the astericks (*).

I did do a link from icon_tutorial --> delishicons but just put it in brackets so it looks like a cut although when I tried to do a cut delishicons --> delishicons, it didn't seem to work as the text after "lj class=" didn't appear so I had to make a link.
