In 10 easy stepss!
Program: Adobe Photoshop CS

Your base:
1. First, duplicate your base and set it to overlay.
2. Then, go to Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast and add +30 brightness.
3. Duplicate your base again and set to Soft Light.
4. Now time for curvesss! Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Curves and add these settings:
Red - Input: 123, Output: 139
Green- Input: 132, Output:155
Blue- Input: 97, Output: 143
5. Add a new layer and fill with a pinky colour: #ffcfdc then set to soft light.
6. Add yet another layer and fill with a tan colour: #ffe8d1 then set to multiply.
7. I then added a rectangle tool (#ea6d89) and rotated it 6.8 degrees.
8. Then, I added a new layer with a new rectangle tool (#89d8d0)
9. Then, I added text. "Dakota" in Violation, 24pt
10. Finally, a finishing touch with a brush from
colorfilter
