Some stuff in life is really pissing me off lately. Like that we were told by Expedia back in March that we'd be able to book a flight any time within a year after canceling our flight because of the death of a good friend,and it'd be cool, and now we are told that NO, WE HAVE TO FLY WITHIN A YEAR OF BOOKING, NAMELY BY JANUARY 28TH. My mother had some serious trouble with Expedia as well. Her problem was with a car rental...but she was talking so fast that I didn't really catch the details other than "their fault" and "$320" O_o My mom is a lot like the Tasmanian Devil...

yes, Expedia is not to be trusted. It was their fault, as they're the ones who told us we had a year to book, and not fly. Scott even specifically asked if we needed to fly within a year, and they were all "nope!". **grrrgrumblebitchmoan**

An angry, wronged Scooter is a poorly-trained customer service rep's worst nightmare! He definitely is NOT the person to mess with when it comes to that sort of thing, but it sure is entertaining to watch.

Expedia is ass. I now book through Kayak.. usually ending up on Priceline or Orbitz.

I'll have to check out Kayak. I like kayaking. I think I've also used Orbitz and don't remember any problems.

OMG, that totally sucks! What dicks... I'm so sorry you guys had issues with them... We've used Orbitz in the past with no problems so far, but never used Expedia. I suppose I won't ever use them now.. :/

And Yes... SRG are going to kick some serious booty.. :) There are so many skilled team members already, it's amazing! RAAAAWWRRR!!
