What a stroke of misfortune. An earthquake hits, and on the day I'm released on parole. Not to mention, certain insufferable buffoons who shall remain nameless found it fit to attack me out of nowhere. I'm doing just fine now, although I do bruise quite easily. Fair skin.

I was reading through some poetry last night, and I found an old favorite of mine. "Ballad of Reading Gaol," by Oscar Wilde. The last time I read the poem was... before I was incarcerated, I suppose. Oscar Wilde had written the poem after he was released from Reading prison. The irony... amuses me.
