thank's!! haha, you use Pain Shop Pro? Well I don't know anything about it so I don't know if it can be translatable...
Anyway, you don't need my tutorials :P

Actually I use GIMP. :P So no, not translatable at all! But anytime I find a tutorial that shows what the image should look like after each step (as opposed to just listing a bunch of settings without example images) I can learn a lot by trying to recreate it a different way.

Selective coloring definitely gives it a look that I can't seem to replicate, but I played around with color layers and got this:

Wow you got the coloring pretty well, it does look like mine, at least at first sight. The main part is Terry's eye, the thing was to make it stand out, and you got it. The skin also has the same tone as in my icon. Great job, I think this tut was pretty hard to try to translate...
