Beautiful tutorial!
And I know what you mean about trying to duplicate it, because I can never remember the steps after I've made something. Most of mine are trial and error!

yeah, mine are trial and error too, and I always leave all the layers I've made even if I don't use them in the final icon, so when I go back to that file, it's all a mess and I can't remember why I didn't delete those layers!!
