So I'm surfing the TF board's blog and one guy was talking about boy/girlfriends buying TF for the other. So I said-
I just think it's nice when someone's significant other can buy them something they really like. And for most of us here that could be a TF. Of course food works too, but it's a one time transformation and the alt mode stinks. -

the V-day entry
Since yesterday was Sam's birthday I did a joint b-day/V-day gift thing and took her to see Phantom on Broadway. Kept it a surprise till we were in the car on the way to the train station. not quite as planned
Turns out Raging Speedhorn didn't go on till 8:20 last night, so I could've slept nearly 2 hours longer. I should've called the venue sooner to find out, but at least I got to take a later train. I ended up having to pay $5 extra to buy the ticket on the train because the southbound train stopped me from getting to the parking lot in enough time to ( Read more... ) -

Tonight is the Nile/Hypocrisy/Raging Speedhorn/etc show. Only suck thing is I think RS is on first, at 6:30. :( So I have to get up at 3 to catch a 4:30ish train to get there before they go on. Luckily I've been pushing up my bedtime so I can go to sleep in a few minutes and get nearly 7 hours. That way I won't be horrendously tired at the show ( Read more... ) -
good haul today!
Today was my day to go down to Manasquan and pick up a TF I won from the guy who organizes the local toys shows. Took a nice nap before hand so I won't be dead tired tonight. Got down there and managed to find the store pretty easily. Had nice little chat with the guy, picked up Sky Garry, and also snagged a Broadblast. BTAs are now complete, and ( Read more... ) -
getting better
I'm finishing my second of 3 nights off right now. It's been fun enough, though I was still pretty cranky from Friday night. Last night (being Saturday) Sam and I went to the Inkwell with Sam and Megan since they didn't go to the concert they were going to go to, and then Sam and I went to New Brunswick to visit Steph. Holy shit did last night suck. Anything and everything that could have happened to piss me off did. Except that I got out at 4am, which was good. Much longer and I would've broken something. Possibly myself. Someone stole HALF of my sandwich, after I ate half of it. We think it was the old fuck who doesn't work. And they can't leave a good radio ( Read more... ) -

Last night went really well at work. Well, for work anyway. The truck was cancelled and we had all the normal work done by 2am. We just worked on pulling and tagging all the clearance for a couple hours after that. And even better than getting out at 5am, we got donuts! Hehehe... I ate too many though. Ug.
