For January April
1. Gym 3 days per week (currently doing 5x5 strong lifts M-W-F, slightly modified, with some cardio to warm up) and work up to exercising 5-6 times per week
Pretty much doing this probably 90% - had a period where I was out of town and a period where my wife was sick with the flu. Otherwise, doing well
2. No fried foods
