2019 Goals

For January
1. Gym 3 days per week (currently doing 5x5 strong lifts M-W-F, slightly modified, with some cardio to warm up) and work up to exercising 5-6 times per week
2. No fried foods
3. No ETOH and better sleep hygiene
4. Shakes/smoothies with fruits/veges for 1 meal/day
5. Healthy lunch
6. One cheat meal on a Friday for lunch (Roccos)
7. Avoid bread (cannot cut out, but try my darnedest)
8. Read 1 book per month
9. Less TV
10. Meal plan better (related to 5 and 6) but shop with purpose, go out to eat less, and save money more/not waste food
