"This thing is such a mess. I know it has to make some sort of ordered logical sense, it's a machine but... ugh."
She dropped a peice of joint into the bottom of its rubbermaid bin with a dull thump and sat back on her heels, turning her head to look at Paco. "We should go work for Batman. He probably pays pretty good don't you think?"

He poked the computery bit with his screwdriver again, then started trying to figure out how it was connected to the rest of the robot.
"I dunno, I get the feeling if you stand next to Batman for too long, he puts you in a Robin costume. The current Robin might get cranky. Not to mention the commute would suck."

There was a liberal coating of rust on most of it thanks to Zach's spell but the big parts had been easy to place, it was all the little ones that were tough to figure out.

He abandoned his computer-bit for the moment and carried another box of pieces over to the map.
"Sure, why not? It looks like there's enough of them, and they're not big enough to be knees or elbows." He thought for a moment. "I suppose they could be knees and elbows, but it was a giant robot Lyndon B. Johnson, not a giant robot Lyndon B. Johnson spider-monster."
