Low Frustration Tolerance

I was feeling shaky and headachy and tired, so I emailed in sick after an hour of work. Two of my colleagues sent me emails saying that they hoped that I would feel better. They are so nice. And then I lay down. Napped for a couple of hours and got up for my knitting class.

I really admire you for trying the cognitive behavior books. I truly believe that kind of therapy helps, and should be tried before trying meds. I worked with a woman who had a very bitter divorce. Her ex worked for the same company. On our lunchtime walks she'd say something really wise, and quote her counselor. I finally asked for his info, and saw him for about five years. He believed in cognitive behavior therapy and by gum, after awhile, I started hearing his voice in my head when I was having a bad emotional reaction to someone.
