I find it slightly easier to eat better at home than when going to work, but that's only true if I stick to only buying relatively healthy stuff. At work, someone is always bringing in leftover cake and cookies and snacks and treats so it's easy to fall off the wagon. But at home if I have ANY candy/snacks/etc, I will dig into them.

I have been putting off dying my hair for ages and the chilly bathroom is definitely a factor (our bathtub is on an outside wall so it's always freezing in the winter).

Have a nice visit!
