I am also happy to add that I have in fact lived in this house with it's current occupants, dawnd and her teenage daughter, who is awesome. I highly recommend it; they are very easygoing, and easy to get along with. And the location is very convenient, if you have a car. I never figured out the bus system, but it was technically within walking distance for me to get to the BART. Great people and great location. The cats are a little weird, but hey, there's gotta be something, right? ;)

LOL. Cats are... well, cats. With unique cat personalities. Except for Sushi, who is a small dog in disguise (plays fetch, likes to snuggle under covers, etc.)
