Room/s in San Leandro house W/POOL+HOT TUB! Avail 9/1
HIGHLIGHTS:
One bedroom in 4-bedroom/2-Bath 2 storey house, available about September 1, 2011. Just south of Oakland, 3 minutes from 580; 10 minutes from 880; 15 min to Oakland Airport; near shops, food, gas, public transit. Shared kitchen, shared laundry, and easy access to full bath. Access to solar heated pool & hot tub (gas for heating is extra). Unfurnished or possibly furnished, negotiable. (Contact me soon -- http://bit.ly/rsKgK2 -- and you might be able to choose your own paint job!)
A 2nd bedroom (or office space) is potentially available for additional cost (TBA).
Healing office space timeshare also possible, again at additional cost (TBA).
2 cats in residence; prefer no more pets (somewhat negotiable).
WE are bi/poly/pagan/alt-friendly. 1 work from home writer/counselor mom and 1 awesome teen girl (who is savvy to all of above). Clients, collaborators, friends, lovers, and community members all flow through this house at one time or another. Quiet during weekdays, more social weeknights and weekends. Occasional semi-public events.
YOU can choose to keep to yourself, or join in the household friendly chaos. My ideal candidate is one poly/pagan/alt-friendly woman who enjoys teens and cats, and is also interested in renting a share of the professional office space. Prefer someone with steady income and integrity. Easy-going and good communication skills a definite plus!
NOTE: These are all ideals, not demands! If this sounds like a place you want to live, but there’s something that doesn’t match, PLEASE talk to me about it! Some things are more negotiable than others. Maybe we can work it out!
