I had this great Curried Chickpea Salad sandwich in Sacramento, when I went with the Pride Center to try to get the funding renewed (spoiler alert: we got it!). I'm not usually much for "vegan" sandwiches, or anything with mayonnaise, but this sandwich was AMAZING. I've been trying to get the recipe literally since that day.  I finally have it!
