No, the Daily Drabble Hasn't Died!

I had all intentions of doing a four-drabble series on Monday and catching up from there, but alas, real life intervened. Between dealing with my car and an unexpected shower of warrants from the Warrant Gods and trying to finish my hubby's ghost story in time for his birthday, the drabble went the way of the dodo. Then yesterday's word was "cum."

Well, aside from the "lovers" bit, I only see friendly Elves who probably just happened to be swimming or doing something hott hot that required them to take their shirts off. I notice that they managed to keep on their trousers and their jewelry. And they hug because they're great, friendly friends, of course. Very friendly friends. >;^))

I've got a drabble for you.

His partner rolled over, a look of disdain clouding her face. Her smudged make-up looked passionless in the fading light, extending from her mouth like deep red frown lines. She grunted her disapproval, slinking out of bed without a word or a kiss.

Soon, the heavy door slammed with the final timpani bang of the couple’s swan song.

The boy lay in the fetal position, tears of shame clouding his vision. He fought back against the puddles of shame, cursing the smirking god that had zinged him again tonight. He felt like such a hobbledehoy.

He had cum too quickly. ;)
