CV: I'm 85. August '22 was at an event and had a heart attack and died. Luckily a handy nurse gave me CPR and there was a defibrillator at hand. Woke up in an ambulance which whisked me off to William Harvey Hospital Ashford. Too much cholesterol for stenting so a few weeks later had a triple bypass and an ICD at St Thomas's London. Now I guess I am OK and pretty active. Was on statins and BP meds and still am but they don't make you invincible. Be careful and take Dave. Moderation is a good word.
