Not sure how she can say you have OK cholesterol unless you have had a recent blood test and she has seen the results. With respect, although you are very active, your food and drink intake has always been of concern to me and maybe others. Your weight is certainly not helping to get your leg better.
CV: I'm 85. August '22 was at an event and had a heart attack and died. Luckily a handy nurse gave me CPR and there was a defibrillator at hand. Woke up in an ambulance which whisked me off to William Harvey Hospital Ashford. Too much cholesterol for stenting so a few weeks later had a triple bypass and an ICD at St Thomas's London. Now I guess I am OK and pretty active. Was on statins and BP meds and still am but they don't make you invincible. Be careful and take Dave. Moderation is a good word. I think you may no longer smoke and that is a good start.

I've forgot to mention that I did have a blood test a couple weeks beforehand which exonerated me in terms cholesterol. It was done at the same surgery so i knew the results a week ago.
