I can attest to the complete lack of follow-through when it comes to dealing with Dell's customer service representatives. My little sister purchased a Dell laptop that arrived with a defective mouse touch-pad. The process to get it fixed was an absolute nightmare!
The most frustrating part was that I had to call back many times and never was able to speak to anyone who knew what was going. I had re-explain the situation _every single time_!
