The reign of the cloven-hoofed ones is actually considerably more immanent than you give imagine; we've got a hundred generations, tops, before they begin to burrow their way up out of the hollow earth and begin the red harvest.
I can't see any reason why the United nations Council on Human rights shouldn't enshrine these in law this very week, though; they've demonstrated a willingness to put in place similar measures.
