Chocolate Ice Cream
(we have a gel-pack electric ice cream maker)
It's not the inaugural batch, which was an attempt at blueberry sorbet (note, kids, ALWAYS strain the blueberry skins from your mix!), but it's the first time I've attempted a custard-base.
I'll know in about 30min if it worked.
Edit: It worked! Very rich, but absolutely

I've also used soy-milk for when I'm the only one easting it... can't even tell it isn't dairy. ^_^ Tee Hee!
