Super Yum and Easy!
1c. Cornmeal
2T. Honey
1t. Salt
1c. boiling H2O
Stir together, cover with saran and let sit for 10min.
1/2c. Milk
2T. melted Butter
2t. Baking Powder
Whisk in well with above.
1 Egg
Whisk in well
1/2c AP Flour
Lightly whisk in. Cook right away like a regular pancake
