Over half-a-thousand dollars in federal taxes. That's what I have to pay this year. It was about the same last year. And I don't even make that much at work! WTF!?

Even worse, last year I got $6 back from VA state taxes. This year I get $0. At least I don't have to pay, I guess. It's odd that the amount worked out to exactly $0, though.
