OK, so, last night I was cleaning it and gunk started coming out through a hole at the bottom, when I looked I could see the plate coming through :( So, today, I am off to go and have it removed.
I wish my body wanted the same things I did! But, at least, I am now glad I didn't go straight for a 3rd eye one.
*le sigh*
